MARDAN: The secretary of Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Mardan has misused his power and appointed people with out merit on the order of ex provincial education minister Fazle Ali. The Chairman of Board went to Karachi for some work and made bill of 1 lack and fortythousand rupees. The Board Chairman appointed such people who have failed in tests. According to the details the Chairman of (BISE) Mardan violated his power and appointed people in Mardan board with out any merit. The Chairman appointed Mr. Ishtiaq Hussain as KPO PBS (11) on 16-1-2007, Mr. Muhammad Akbar, junior clerk BPS (5) on 03-06-2007 and he was he one who failed in test. Mr. Wazir Khan as a peon on 9-01-07, Mr. Muhammad Sulaiman as a peon on 15-12-2007, Mr. Momin Khan as Mali on 10-10-2007,Mr Zainoor Shah as Chowkidar on 1-12-2007,Mr Farzand Ali as Chowkidar on 1-3-2007. appointed Mr Muhammad Suleman who already failed in test as joiner clerk on 16-4-07, Chairman appointed Mr. Farman Ali as Superintendent on 24-09-08 he was also failed in test, Waqar Ali Baber was appointed as joiner clerk on 24-9-07 he was also failed in test, Muhammad Shakeel was appointed as peon on 24-9-07 and Zahid Jamal was appointed as KPO on 24-9-07. Chairman of Mardan board also sold 700 farms on 10 rupees per farm. The chairman of board appointed the favorites of ex education minister Mulana Fazle Ali who belonged to Swabi. The people of Mardan appealed the Chief Minister and National Accountability Bureau to take strict action against this person and conduct inquiry about this misuse of power.
